Year 3 Egyptian Day

On Wednesday the 20th November Year 3 took part in an Egyptian themed day. We were involved in the Rainbow Theatre workshop retelling the story of Moses.

The children had exciting roles such as Scribes and Egyptian Gods! It was so wonderful seeing all their learning over the past term come to life in the workshop! We also did Egyptian activities in our classrooms. We learnt an Egyptian system for multiplying big numbers and made some wonderful artefacts for our Egyptian museum.
