Richmond Park Visits
On Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon this week, Year Six went to Richmond Park to complete a traffic survey. The aim was to count the vehicles that drove by for 20 minutes. There were six groups positioned around the roundabout by Kingston Gate. We started when Mr Cooper blew the whistle and then finished when he blew it again. We had to count different park users: cyclists, cars (only driver), cars (with passengers), horse riders, motor bikes, pedestrians and runners. We enjoyed it very much and had lots of fun!
