Year 4 Science Fiction Day

Last Thursday, Year 4 had an amazing time on Science Fiction day.

Each class went to the different Year 4 classrooms to complete different activities. In 4M, we learnt how music is important in science fiction films and then we composed a piece of music to go with a Star Wars scene. In 4WM, we made alien slime by mixing glue and food colouring; then experimented with bicarbonate of soda and vinegar to see what happened. With Mrs Mann, we had a splendid time creating and describing our own alien. Finally, Miss Townley gave children an opportunity to paint their own planet.

All of Year 4 enjoyed the magnificent day!
